2011 Le Sueur County Pioneer Power Association Antique Tractor Pull
Saturday August 27 2:00 PM
Antique Tractors 1959 and older.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Entry Fees: Pre-registration $18 per class good through Aug. 20th.
$25 from Aug. 21-27.
No registration after 1 pm Aug. 27th.
Includes two admissions to the grounds per tractor.


General Rules:
1. Tractor may be 200 pounds over with driver. Scale on site.
2. Driver must be 18 years of age or at least 16 years of age with parents written consent.
3. Same tractor may pull in more than one division.
4.Tractor must be 1959 and older or production models started in 1959 or before.
5.Tractor must have hitch hole or quarter turn clevis at least 3 inches in diameter. Pulling point not more than 20 inches high and at least 18 inches behind center of axle.
6. All added weight must be fastened securely. Rear weight may not interfere with the hooking of sled. Front weight bracket and weights must not extend more than 11 feet from center of rear axle. (See specific class rule additions).
7. Driver must stop immediately upon signal from judge. Pull is over when forward motion stops.
8. Loss of any object from tractor while hooked to the sled will result in disqualification.
9. Tractor must be in neutral when hooked and unhooked.
10. Driver is allowed one restart before 75 feet.
11. Pull will terminate if contestant runs out of bounds.
12. Driver will remain seated at all times.
13. Hood, grill, and fan shroud must be in place.
14. Driver must be present at drivers meeting at 1:15 PM.
15. Promoters reserve the right to refuse any entry.
16. RPM limits will be checked and verified.

King of the Hill

Factory Stock Rules:
1. RPM limited to Stock Factory high idle + or - 2%. Must have positive throttle stop. No use of vise grips for stop.
2. 3.5 mph speed limit.
3. Wheel diameter must be stock. Tire size must not exceed class limits. No cut, grooved or radial tires.
4. Front and rear wheels and tires must be O.E.M. type for that model tractor.
5. Tractor must have factory PTO or factory belt pulley.
6. Tractor must run on fuel it was originally equipped for. No high octane gasoline.
7. Must have stock block, crankcase, head, manifolds, carburetor, exhaust and air cleaner for that model tractor.
8. No pulling hitches allowed, must have stock draw bar in stock mounting position and provide your own 3 inch clevis.
9. Weights must be stock appearing and in factory mounted positions only - no suitcase weights.
Hobby Stock Rules:
1. RPM limited to 10% over stock - Positive throttle stops mandatory.
2. 3.5 mph speed limit. Tractors with creeper gear can use second gear.
3. Wheel diameter must be stock. Tire size must not exceed class limits. No cut, grooved or radial tires.
4. No aluminum frame or chassis components. Any non-aluminum rear wheels allowed.
5. Tractor must run on fuel type for which it was originally equipped.
6. Must have stock block, crankcase, head, manifolds, and carburetor for that model tractor.
7. Hitch must be rigid in all directions. No pulling from two or three point hitches. Pulling hitches allowed.
Open Rules:
1. No RPM limit.
2. May use any gear.
3. No turbo or superchargers unless originally equipped.
4. No fuel injection or multiple fuel systems allowed unless installed by original tractor mfg.
5. Engine block and crankcase must be same length, height, number of cylinders, and make as stock.
6. Hitch must be rigid in all directions. No pulling from two or three point hitches. Pulling hitches allowed.
7. No nitrous oxide allowed.
